Standard SHIPPING

White Story offers free domestic shipping on all orders over $500, Australia wide. A standard shipping rate of $15 applies to all other orders within Australia.

All deliveries are dispatched between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

All standard orders are expected to arrive within 3-5 business days after fulfilment. Once dispatched, you will receive an email notification with information to track your order.

Express SHIPPING

White Story offers express domestic shipping for a standard rate of $20. Orders posted express will arrive within 1-2 business days after fulfilment.

AU$20 if you wish to receive your purchase faster using express delivery. This can be selected upon checkout. Delivery is expected within 1-2 working days after fulfilment.

FREE DELIVERY

On occasion, White Story offers free delivery promotions for all White Story subscribers. To be notified about these limited time offers, subscribe to our newsletter.

White Story offers international shipping.

International Shipping

For international deliveries, a standard rate of $30 AUD applies on all orders shipped outside of Australia.

If your shipping destination is not listed in the freight list at checkout, please email shop@whitestory.com.au with your order and we will contact you directly to arrange delivery.

DISPATCH INFORMATION

We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers. All deliveries will be despatched Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification and tracking number for your order.

Duties & Taxes

*Please note, you may incur import duties and taxes on your order. White Story does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by White Story.

From time to time, White Story will curate a list of pieces for pre-order to give our clients the opportunity to secure in-demand pieces prior to launch. 

To secure your order, payment for pre-order pieces will be processed in full at time of transaction. Timelines vary between pre-order items, for specific dates regarding your pre-order piece please refer to the delivery time in the item description. 

If you wish to change an item on pre-order you may do so within 7 days of the transaction date. We will not accept any changes to the pre-sale purchase after this date. 

Cancellations made before fulfilment will receive the full amount as a credit note. Any cancellations made after fulfilment are subject to White Story’s returns & exchange policy. All credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of creation. 

Our layby service is available in-store or on purchases made over the phone. 

All laybys require an initial payment of at least 30% of the total purchase price. All layby periods are held for a maximum of six weeks. If you wish to change an item on layby you must do so within 7 days of the initial layby purchase, amendments cannot be made after this period without forfeiting the initial down payment. 

Cancellations within 7 days of initial purchase will receive the full deposit amount in the form of a credit note. 

All credit notes are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  

Layby payments can be made in store, or over the phone. 

Items on layby cannot be released until payment has been made in full. Layby transactions that are not paid in entirety within 6 weeks are subject to cancellation. 

Layby is not available on markdown items or available for gift card purchases. 

Please note, all markdown or sale purchases are considered final. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Sale items are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds unless the item is considered faulty. 

Discount codes and promotional vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
