Domestic Delivery within Australia
Standard Delivery
Free Standard Shipping on all purchases over $500 within Australia. Deliveries are dispatched between 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, holidays excluded. We expect that you will receive your goods within 3 working days of fulfilment. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been shipped along with a parcel identification number that allows you to track your order.
Express Domestic Delivery
AU$15 if you wish to receive your purchase faster using express delivery and can be selected upon checkout. Delivery within 1-2 working days of fulfilment.
Free Delivery
From time to time, White Story offer free delivery. To be notified by email and take advantage of this, simply subscribe to our newsletter below. Please note that free delivery promotions will be automatically applied to your order on the checkout page.
International Delivery outside of Australia
AU$30 standard delivery on international orders outside of Australia.
Customs for international deliveries and countries outside Australia may charge import taxes and duty. White Story does not provide Delivery Duty Paid and all relevant import taxes and duties are not included in the product price. These duties and taxes are payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed or refunded by White Story.
If your shipping destination is not listed in the freight list at checkout, please email shop@whitestory.com.au with your order and we will be in touch to arrange delivery.
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimise the potential impact of customs delays for our international customers. All deliveries will be despatched Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm AEST. An automated email will be sent to inform you that your order has been processed and shipped along with a parcel tracking identification number that allows you to track your order.
Pre-Order
Occasionally White Story makes pieces available for pre-order as a way for our clients to secure in demand styles in advance. This means you will receive the pieces before they are available to our clients in-store/online. To secure your order, payment for pre-order pieces is processed in full at time of transaction. Timelines vary between pre-order items, for specific dates regarding your pre-order piece please refer to the delivery time in the item description. Subject to manufacturing, these dates may from time-to-time change. This would be an unusual occurrence and in the event of a delay a member of our client service team will be in touch.
If you wish to change an item on pre-order you may do so within 7 days of the transaction date. We will not accept any alterations to the pre-sale purchase after this date. Cancellations made before fulfilment will receive the full amount as a credit note. Any cancellations made after fulfilment are subject to usual exchange policies. All credit notes are valid for 6 months from date of creation.
Layby
Our layby service is available in-store or on purchases made over the telephone for customers who are looking to purchase their pieces through a payment plan. To establish a layby agreement, a non-refundable payment of at least 30% of the total purchase value must be paid towards the garment(s) total. The layby period is a maximum of 6 weeks.
If you wish to change an item on layby you may do so within 7 days of the layby transaction date. We will not accept any alterations to the layby purchase after this date. Cancellations made within 7 days of initial purchase will receive the full deposit amount as a credit note. Any cancellations made after the 7 day period will forfeit 30% of the layby amount, any payments made on top of this 30% shall be returned as a credit note. All credit notes are valid for 12 months from date of creation. Payments may be made in-store or over the phone. Garments will not be released until total layby payment has been made in full.
Layby transactions that have not been paid in full by the end of the 6 week term are subject to cancellation. If upon contact by the client service team a solution is not found, incomplete layby will be cancelled and 30% deposit forfeited. Any payments made over this deposit amount will be returned as a credit note.
Layby is not available on sale items or gift card purchases.
