Return & Refund Policy

Returns & Exchanges

For full priced products, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an exchange or return within 14 days* from the date of purchase. Your items must be returned new, unused and with all garment tags attached. Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

White Story layby and sale transactions are final. No exchange, returns or credit note for layby or sale items unless faulty. Full priced items purchased with a promotional discount code or automatic discount are not eligible for return. For customers who live outside of Australia, you may need to pay duties and taxes on an exchange, this is payable by the customer and will not be reimbursed by White Story. Please contact our client service team by emailing if you have any further questions.

All purchases made in-store are subject to the terms stated on the receipt. White Story will gladly provide an exchange or credit note on items not worn, used or stained within 14 days of purchase for in-store purchases. Please provide proof of purchase. Any items that do not meet this policy will not be accepted.

Mask Purchases
Keeping the health and safety of our customers and team in mind and to minimise any risk of contamination we do not accept returns or exchanges of mask/bandana purchases. This policy is to keep you, and our team safe during this time. If you have a question about your recent mask purchase please email our client service team at and they will assist you.

Returning your Piece/s
To initiate the return of your piece please email with the reason for return. Upon reply and confirmation of return process please re-pack the item/s and post to 48 Kelso St, Cremorne, VIC 3121.

For additional peace of mind we recommend you return your pieces via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service with note of your tracking number. White Story is not liable for the loss of garments during the return process and we do not cover the cost of shipping for items being returned.

Receiving a Refund
A confirmation email will be sent from White Story upon receiving your goods and approving your refund. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. For customers who live outside of Australia, customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through White Story however, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 working days to be credited to your account upon receipt of pieces.
