Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Store Manager to lead our White Story Mosman team on the coveted Military Road. Reporting to the National Retail Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving sales performance, ensuring operational excellence, and inspiring your team to meet KPIs while maintaining the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership: Motivate and develop your team, providing ongoing support and recognition while ensuring alignment with company values and sales targets.
  • Sales & Financial Management: Achieve sales, profit, and shrinkage targets, manage budgets, and proactively reduce costs while maximising revenue.
  • Customer Experience: Champion exceptional customer service and foster a client-centric culture to build lasting relationships.
  • Stock & VM: Maintain stock integrity, implement loss prevention measures, and ensure the store is beautifully presented to reflect our brand.
  • Compliance & Safety: Uphold company policies, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and compliant workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in retail management, with 1 year in a leadership role within luxury fashion.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and commercial insight, with proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.

As a Client Advisor at White Story Mosman, you will be our brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service and building lasting client relationships. You will provide personalised styling advice, help drive sales, and contribute to our warm and authentic store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver excellent customer service and uphold White Story's standards.
  • Build strong client relationships and maintain a loyal client base.
  • Meet sales targets by enhancing the client experience.
  • Become an expert in product details, fabrics, and styling.
  • Assist with store displays, back-of-house tasks, and online orders.

Qualifications:
